I had a paranoid meltdown

I had a paranoid meltdown earlier this evening. My parents talked me through it and I'm ok. It's weird how i have these episodes but it's like it’s almost a thing that happened to someone else.

Tonight I ran errand, after my parents helped me. I was ful of vigor when I laid down to sleep. I found myself unable to turn off and I felt so ungrounded and the only thing I could focus on was my appetite. My appetite grounded me.

I started thinking about others and realized I couldn't really see beyond my appetite. Then as I relaxed I had a hard time looking past my feelings or beyond my nose.

I feel more complete now. Able to think and understand stuff. It just is weird how those manic paranoia stuff happens and it's like an alter ego.

I'm glad your parents could talk you through it. I used to have "epic moments" (I called them) where I was just a Totally different person for an hour or so, then would go back to normal.

It was scary for another person to be there for it.

You've had a lot going on for days now, and I'm sure adrenaline has been running high.

Maybe that brought it on?
