I get most of this day off.
Today I don't have anything I have to do. I have to go back to stay with my sister tonight but as of 9am this morning I can do whatever I want. So far I have gone on my computer and watched You tube Videos. Now I am doing this. I will probably play some video games later.
I am not really worried about anything at the moment. Things are the same but I have gotten used to them. More things may come up. I am still trying to find out what I can do with my parent's finances so that they aren't all completely lost to their final years of care. My mother wants there to be some of their rental property for her kids to inherit. I hope for the same as a safety net for myself. My brother has nothing else, either.
But, right now, I am in waiting mode. I have to hear from some lawyers about what can be done. I see no need to stress over it while I have started on the track to something. Whatever comes will come and I'll deal with it then. I hope it will be for the good. But if not, I'm about ready to resign myself to whatever may come. I've tried my best and now I have to do what I have to to care for myself.

A day with nothing to do can be good! My folks have rental property too-I used to live onsite and helped manage-I collected rent, called service ppl to come fix things-watched over them, let them in apartments-folks had 4 houses-6 apts. I lived in one of the apts. They sold the 4 homes in 2008, still own the pats but rental management company handles them now.
I totally agree on the no need to stress. You can worry about whatever happens WHEN the time comes-true, take care of YOU-you need yourself so take good care of you
pats=apts
typo typo!
grrr
HANG IN THERE-one step at a time
