i feel like a punk....

b/c i met this guy and we've been talking semi regularly, but there r times when he doesn't answer his phone.  I'm like its a cell y don't u have it with u.  hes not my bf so I'm trying not 2 care. id like 2 talk 2 him more. i just enjoy being in his presence.  I'm afraid that hes not being honest with me about his status. that maybe hes not single. 
whenever we do spend time 2gether its really nice.
hmm. what shd i do if anything?
