I feel Good ( James Brown voice)

I wanted to write on here every night, but that is unrealistic however not hard to do because I do not do much at home. Anyway...
I am feeling good and I want to write about that. I do have bouts of loneliness sometimes and last night I thought or dreamt about my cousin's wife. I need to reach out to her tmmw.
Anyway, I went to church for several reasons. 1.) I needed to go, 2.) my therapist said it would help with socialization and uplifting my spirits. 3.) I really needed to go, lol.
I was very very sleepy, The Ex and I had sex last night.. it was not good. I was feeling lonely and so I let him do his business, lol ( Color Purple). It felt good sometimes but my heart was not into. Then I saw him reach for his phone afterwards and I was livid! I kicked him out nicely, I did not let him stay the night. I usually do. Baby steps. Also, I am not talking to him about MY life, just the kids.
I spent the day on Youtube watching make up tips and nonsense. then I jumped on POF, that was nice. People that are interested in me for me, even if it's for a little while. I sent a lot of messages. POF and any other internet thing, I am very bold and not shy and stand backish( is that a word?) .
