I don't get it

Greetings
I hope everyone is doing well.
It have been brought to my attention that some people are unaware that not everyone is fertility.
I was told by a doctor that I was fertility and was given birth control pills at 18 years old.
Now I don't seem to have problem, getting pregnant....it's staying pregnant.
I saw a young girl..that approx.7 or more months pregnant ....and she is wondering...if she should abort the pregnancy...
It was just annoying and wanted to tell her off but I could express my disappoint for her actions of what I call be a bad example.
I don't understand why women like this...are allow to get pregnant...must less get pregnant with more than one baby at a time.
