I do not want to move into my sister's house

I do not want to move into my sister's house. I do not want the responsibility of moving her things or selling them, or for the care of the house.

I think it is the proper thing that if Alisa is no longer able to live there then it should be sold, and what property and belongings that are not mine, my brothers, or that my sister can not take with her where ever she is placed, should be sold along with the hosue, and the monies placed in her trust to enable her to have or go or do whatever she is capable and the new caretakers of her are able to provide for her for as long as she may live.

The house was left specifically for my sister to live in for as long as she could, and it should not be allowed for my brother or me to have any control or availability to it.

I hope that this is all true and that the Trust company can let my brother know this.

On a personal note. I had to go by the house to check on something and I had a small anxiety attack inside. I am starting to feel anxious even now telling about it. I no longer see the house as our family home. It is Alisa's home. It smells like her, looks like her, feels like her, it is filled with memories of her, both good and bad, and I do not want anything to do with taking any of that away from her. I could not live there and be happy. It would remind me of her and all she has lost all the while. I do not want that feeling. I cannot live with that.

AlI I want is for Alisa to get anything she is able to take with her, and to be able to remove my own things that are there, and any important family records or history, and have the rest taken care of thru the trust company.

Sell the house. It has been our family's since my brother and I were brought there in 1960 and 61, but neither of us have lived there in the last 30 years. It is no longer our house in my mind or legally, it is my sisters. I do no believe my brother thinks this, I think he believes it is still the families, partially his, not Alisa's alone.

I just really like where I am now, even tho it would be cheaper to live in the house since I would not have to pay rent tho I'd have other bills I"d have to cover, it wouldn't be my place, and would always remind me of my sister. I don't need this stress.
