I do all this work
I do all this work on myself because of a false assumption thatÂ
I listen to in my mind... whatever 'it' is - 'it' tricks me into thinking
i am thorn in peoples' side... It's crazy!
Keep positive and remember you are valuable!
Do good things for yourself! You deserve to take good care of your life!!

True words. Have a happy Monday, Mark!
Thanks Nikki! Happy Monday!
I know, that voice often sets off direction that I distract. Here's to you!
thanks Mid!
Yes, Markus Questioniarinus, "Crazy" is precisely the word for ^it^, but? ? ?
Why do you keep saying, "Crazy" like it is a bad thing? Let your freak flag fly.
Thanks Arfie!
Mark, my friend you are definitely your worst enemy. I'm fairly confident that other do not feel about you the way you feel about yourself.
A lot of the time coming up with a Daily Mantra that you tell yourself 1st thing in the morning when you get out of bed is the best way to begin the day.
Each day I wake up, go through my prayers and devotionals before I ever open my eyes, then I sit up in bed and repeat my Mantra to myself, "I will be productive today, I will be happy today, I do make a difference, I do not care what other people think." I repeat that to myself 3 times. I then do my stretches so that my legs and hips will move so I can get out of bed. I grab a slimfast shake and drink it on my way to the Treadmill where I do a mile in 20 minutes on and uphill incline.
After that I shower and get ready for the day, i.e. be it work, or work form home, or house work or yard work or whatever. I end the day much in the same way. At 8:00p.m. I hit the Treadmill for another 20 minute mile on in incline, generally while I'm watching some 30 minute program, I then go take a shower, the my paperwork and such in order for tomorrow's work get in bed around 10 with my last slimfast of the day. I run through my mind and any crap that's still up there from the day, I visualize running through the shredder that I keep in my head so it doesn't sit up there and stew all night while I sleed. And after I take a hot back to soak my hig, knee, ankle joints and legs I get in bed and repeat my nighttime mantra: Today was good, my work was prodructive, my life had meaning, and I am Joyful in Spirit.
Just those simple words at the beginning and end of each day make a huge difference. That and staying on a schedule each day.
Take care,
Kat
thanks Kat! I appreciate it!
