I am so ANGRY
I wish I could figure out the magical way to leave Joey. Being a home based business means if I move out then I lose all of my income. So I would be out of the house without a job. If I quit my home based business and work outside the home to save he will know something is up and convince me to stay. And I'll cave if he does that.
Today was just horrible. Sunday he get's up with Marlow, and once again there was a DISASTOR in the kitchen. Pancake batter stuck to the counter, dishes piled in the sink and on the stove. Poweder on the floor. Pancake bits on my CARPET since he thinks it's okay to let our three year old eat in front of the telly. So he wakes me up, well aware what my reaction will be, but once again, not caring since he's a selfish bastard. He rushes us out of the house to garage sale, and snaps at me when I can't read four addresses in the three seconds it takes to drive past.
Finally he want's to go to Costco after I'm almost in tears from him snapping at me. And we are walking through, no cash to spend as I have basically been laid off from all my kids, but just to look around. Marlow is in the cart and wants to get out and smell the flowers. It's crazy busy in there so I take her out, carry her across the main aisle, and set her in front of the display. She freaks out claiming she wanted to do it herself and hurls herself into the main aisle in front of a huge cart. I grab her back before she gets hit and she does it two more times. So I pick her up and carry her back and put her back in the cart. She's throwing a tantrum and Joey gets mad at ME! In front of everyone in the store he tells me he never has an issue with her, its just me, because i never let her have any fun. So apparently I was meant to let her get run over by a cart. And her tantrum is all my fault, not at all that she's tired and cranky.
So I'm quiet the rest of the time there, and whenever Marlow acts up he just.....walks away. Not just down the aisle, but farther away then is safe if he was with her alone. But he's the better parent. After all, she ALWAYS behaves for him, for the two freaking hours he sees her some days. And even though the only time he ACTS like a parent is when she's in a good mood, and I get to deal with the crank, I'm still not a good mum.
I just need to get out and away. I gave back my engagement rings over a month ago. He didn't care. He told me, when we were arguing, that he only loves me sometimes. SOMETIMES. Like that's acceptable in a relationsihp.
I need to get a low income housing form and check it out, see if I can qualify until I can get on my feet on my own. I don't need him and I'm tired of him. It's been long enough and often I think if I pend another day with him I'll explode and that will be then end of me.

Wow this is a tough situation but I think you most certainly need to get out of this relationship as soon as you can not just for your sake but your daughter\'s. What kind of a business do you operate?
From the little amount I know...I\'m happy u are ready to get out..sounds horrible and i wish U all the best!
I run an inhome private daycare....I won\'t be able to get out immediatley....but if I bide my time I will be able to leave. It will take months most likely...but now that I know what I have to do maybe I can handle the next while better.
I also have learned some things in the last few days that I can apply to my relationship. And who knows, it might help it might not. Worst case is it doesn\'t and since Ive already put into motion getting out theres no harm in trying.
Unfortunately, if that house is under BOTH your names, Housing here won\'t help. Because your assets are to great. :-(
Its only under his name
Well, at least you\'ve got that on your side. Sometimes it IS a good thing not to be on the title.
