I am safe here...shhh

I can't talk about this anywhere else. My new Doctor suspected brain damage as the cause for my memory and cognition problems, so he did  SPECT scan. It showed decreased blood flow and earned me two new diagnoses. Bilateral orbital frontal hypoperfusion and Autoimmune Cerebritis. from what has been explained, so far, to me, there are four ways these happen. 1. Seizure. I have had an EEG recently nd I don't have them. 2. Brain infection. I don't have one now and I would have had to get over it one my own without any medical treatment and I had a MRI of the brain recently. 3. My carotids are clogged. I had a ultrasound of my carotids , just waiting on the results. 4. Trauma. Specifically a concussion. He said the patient might not know about th concussion because they may have been knocked unconscious. So maybe I should hold my tongue or maybe you should read about my ambulance wreck....
