I am learning!
I started the day feeling lowly and awful. Then a friend messaged me, and I messaged a few others.
I decided to take myself out to coffee - and then those who I messaged, messaged me back. My outlook changed
and my mood soared.
It's important to remember that when things are bad, or feel bad, to know they will change is important.
I also in the process of carrying out my morning - I realized for some reason, that I wanted to have a righteous answer,
to live in a righteous religious way. But in realizing that - it kind of lifted my cognition. I realized that so often I want
to be in a right way. Call it insecurity or just unsuredness, the realization kind of gave me room for a sense of humor - the energy behind it was diffused and I relaxed. I feel better :)

Big hug sweetie..... Thank you for your lovely hug!!!.....
Good for you for getting out for coffee...… I will often watch old shows like Touched by an Angel.... I just mentioned that to Arfie……
I find this type of show can lift me a little if I can't get into heavy reading … I can just sit back and watch.... Sometimes I have a little cry and it can be cathartic..... xo
you are so welcome jan!! i hear you about having a cry sometimes. Sending xxoo and prayers!
