Hypomanic?

I think I might have drifted into hypo mania today. I was anxious sitting on the couch so I got in the shower, put on make-up for the 3rd time in 6 months and told John I had to get out of the house. We went to dinner where I used to manage. I was nervous at first but it was good seeing everyone. I'm not sure my t doc would approve of me going there but for one day I didn't want to live in fear. I wanted to be around people that missed me. I wanted to see my friends that I've worked with for years. Jeremey said he'd love to have me back. I wish my health allowed it. I miss the people so much. I'm pissed at my health. I'm sure this is hypo mania. Damn it.

. I'm guessing a wave of depression will come next. I'm sure I'll struggle with sleep tonight but when don't I. John went to bed an hour ago and I'm wide awake. I don't see my self winding down any time soon. Ugh.

I agree with Nestor that getting out is good, and how reassuring to see friends. And I imagine bittersweet, too. I so dislike that revved up feeling that I think you\'re describing. I hope your doing ok and it was not hypomania, just feeling good.
