hurtin

my left calf is killing me! I keep getting this cramp in it. Tried everything to get rid of it. Yellow mustard (AWFUL ALONE) tonic/seltzer water, heat, massage, ibuprofen. It is better if I am on my feet. but so sore when in bed. woke at 3 this morning with it aching. even tried the old wives tale of bar of soap under sheet. working today was okay after about an hour.
then i started getting pelvic pain. slight cramping. whenever i get that I usually spot (if guys are reading pass over this next paragraph. lol) my gyno said any bleeding after menopause is sign of cancer. Ok I already had one biopsy done last year from same issue. But it was very noticeable then. today is minor. just quick glimpse. sorry this sounds weird reading it back. anyway relaxing after work so hoping it all goes away.
hope everyone is doing good in our group. it's amazing how far I feel I have come. onward and forward with a lighter heart. no big worries. no drama. just blue skies I hope
