How to deal with my adult brother that has Asergers

Any advice on how to deal and cope with my adult brother that has Asperger's Syndrome.  It is not easy and at times I lose my patience especially now along side the loss of my husband of ten years.  It is not an easy situation.  I would like advice from those that have siblings or anyone special they have in their own lives and how they cope with it all.
