How to cope with anger and bad habits? Any advice.

I am full of anger inside.  It comes out in silly ways.  Dave and I were playing Crib.  I got mad because I am learning the game and some of the point systems doesn't make sense to me.  I asked Dave and he could not explain it either and said it just is.  I stopped the game.  I like to understand things and want them to make sense.  Some of the point systems in Crib does not make sense to me.  Why do 3 of a kind ad up to six points whereas 4 of a kind ad up to twelve points.  This does not make any sense to me.
I developed a habit I wish to stop. When I watch TV I play with my glasses.  Its so annoying.  I have moment when I don't do it but quickly go back to playing with my glasses.  It annoys me greatly and I am embarrassed by this new fidgety habit.  I just need to find something small to place in my hand to fidget with for me.  Everyone seems to have a fidget habit some are more noticeable than compared to others.  
My daughter still has not gone into labour.  She said after the last ultrasound that the due date changed to May 9th which is the Friday.  I bet she is growing impatient and can't wait to get the delivery out of the way.  Then she will need me to help around the house and deal with Tyson so he doesn't get left out.  He will be 4 in June.
