How I deal
After writing so much wisdoms, I'm still venting to my therapist and you guys about stuff. I'm guessing I shouldn't qualify it, (like am I cured yet? Why am I not?) everyone has to or deals with the waves and storms of everyday life in different ways.
Sometimes it's good to learn something new from it as life is lessons (credit to my amazing therapist) and sometimes it's just the way we cope with the stresses of the day (to just managing the roiling emotions every day .)
I'm coming to terms with this. I may change very much from day to day, and I may chase down a truth like fervent new essential, I may just be very emotional, but if I give myself the focus of my basic sense of self , I can maybe see the overarching integrity or constant here is 'me taking care of the day and my emotions.' Hopefully this'll help me be more balanced in my daily pursuits.
have a good day you guys!! Xxx

my physical analogy for the psycho venting is body gases. yeah, those sneezes, burps, farts, etc., can me odiferous and even messy but allowing them to flow freely prevents the harsher buildups which lead to congestive heart failure, irritable bowels, etc.
not everything my spirit/psyche ingests is worth holding onto. it's okay to vent the bits that don't set well. i shoot to take the parts which work for me and leave the rest without judgement. the roses love the stink of our shit.
vent freely.
vent often.
every day is a good day. the bad days are where i learn something and a day where i learn something is a good day.
I second what arfie said. How you're dealing with life's storms is actually very healthy. It only hurts us to keep things bottled up inside. Keep writing, keep learning, and keep on keeping on. : ) Have a great day!
Balance is a great goal! Enjoy your day!
Thanks so much Arfie! Judy! And Susan!’ (((Hug)))
"Am I healed yet?" It is a question we ask ourselves early on in our illnesses. But then we learn we don't get healed from the illness, but we do get better with therapy, meds, journaling, and talking with friends.I think you have come a long way Mark.
