how callous

i have no car.  my stbx has a car and will b parking it in the lot while he goes to work.  i mention 2 him im trying to figure out how to get to church 4 the eve service.  i havent been without a car 4 long and dont know the bus schedule.  he says y dont u take a cab.  hes not given me any money for almost a month and my rent is soon due.  how callous.  is he really that ignorant or is he just an ass?
