housework - a good cure all :)
woke early today, did a few errands and then came home
and felt so down, I knew the house needed straightening up,
so I texted with a friend and then got on my way.
Took a shower after all chores were done and dressed.
I have to say cleaning up was real cure all for my woes.
Being clean too showering and shaving and dressing really pumped me up.
Onwards! :) x

Cleaning is therapeutic in my world. Glad it was a good process this morning.

Housework hasn't cured a thing in my world, but it keeps me thoughtfully reminded that a healthy balance requires routine maintenance. Makes things allot easier to find, too.
