hot weather
Wow, Humid and hot all at once. Indiana is always this way in the summer. However, it comes on a little at a time. This year has been cool and rainy. Until yesterday. My BP is way up there too. I am taking new meds to try to get it down. Not working thus far. So, how are people doing?? I am glad you write notes to me here and there. It is nice to keep in touch. BTW: Must share this. I have been clean and sober 14 years!! Just had my "other birthday." That is what I call it. Anyway, I celebrated by getting the new B 52's CD> It is pretty good!! That is it for now. Time to go sit by the TV and chill out!! Cheers~~
