hot flashes

Day 4 was definitely better. All symptoms were held at bay for most of the day. not until we went to visit mom did I really have any. Yet again a total different feeling. I believe it was a hot flash radiating from the center of my chest through my body to my extremities. went to bed earlier (9:30) than usual and fell asleep but woke up after two hour with more hot flash type symptoms. eventually fell back asleep. Hopefully today is even better.
