HORRIBLE KIDS TODAY!!!!
So at 2am last night, Marlow wakes up and keeps me awake until 3am. Then at 630am, the 5 month old in my dayhome gets dropped off. So I got 3.5 hours of sleep to start with.
The parents of the baby forgot to double check where her sucky was....and it wasn't with her. So I have no soother for her, she was exhausted, and she screamed for four hours straight because she couldn't sleep without her soother. So I try to take her into the spare room, and lay in the play pen, and while I am doing that, Marlow and Julian decide to take my full container of Glade Carpet Deodorizer and spread it all over the kitchen floor....and draw in it.
So baby doesnt sleep, so I take her out and see this huge mess and two powder white kids. GAH! So I strip them, put them on time outs, get their clothes in the washing machine, sweep up the mess, then go get them out of time out. All the while, baby is screeching. Then I have to mop the floor, since alot of it is stuck because they licked their fingers before drawing with them and I tell Marlow she can't be in the dining room( its part of my kitchen but its only connected by an open doorway ) because I'm mopping and it gets slippery.
She goes into the kitchen. There are magnets and such in there, didn't think twice about it. I finish mopping, go to rinse it in the kitchen sink AND A WHOLE CONTAINER OF SEASONING SALT HAS BEEN EMPTIED ONTO THE FLOOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Seriously!!!! So I clean that up, Marlow is again on time out. Then I notice that there are carpet deodorizer tracks all over my living room floor. So I bust out the vaccuum to take care of that, the whole time, baby is still crying in the swing, Marlow is wailing on time out, and Julian is covering his ears and screaming.
The good news....the vaccuum FINALLY put the baby to bed, who had been up for 7 hours straight already.
I swear, if one more things goes crazy wrong, I'm getting drunk tonight.
