Home Vacation , Time to rest, reflect and recharge

Boy am I lucky :) , to have a week off after a busy Thanksgiving Holiday . I originally was off to help plan my Parents 60th wedding anniversary, now moved to the first of the year. So , Lucky me I am off this week. I have been out of balance a bit since Dennis dx in September. I was off September with him  and back full time that last two months. I noticed I am really up and down emotionally . I go from being really open and supportive to employees needs to being stressed and closed off. This week is just for me ahhhhhh. a few chores , I want to get some exercise , see some friends , sleep on the couch with my Kitty Ellsworth and cut my self some slack. I have not been as active and eating has not been right for the last three months so....I will start there...get back on track and see I am getting regular exercise.
Tonight , Dennis and I are meeting his Sister and her husband in Portland . They are passing through on their way home. I meet her once about 20 years ago. Time fly's my friends, time flys..
Dennis is doing good , He is back at work with nothing looming other than the 6 month scan's.
Today , I am praying you have a special time soon , where you laugh a bit harder , smile a bit bigger and take care of yourselves .
