HOME..SAFE AND SOUND!
Well, I am home from my Thanksgiving trip to Ontario. All together we drove a little over 4000 km. We took two days to go up and back. It was so nice to see everyone and enjoy the holiday. Of course, my sister, my mother and I are real shoe and jewellery fanatics so we just had to shop. Mum got 8 new pairs of shoes and I bought 5. I did not buy sandals this time. I needed to get some new shoes especially black ones. One of these days I think I will count my foot wear. I also bought 3 bracelets, 3 pairs of earrings and 3 new necklaces. Yeah, like I need more jewellery!!! Lol!!!Sunday I just lazed around with hubby. Today I unpacked. My hubby bought me a new wardrobe to hold my clothes and brought my fall/winter clothes down from the attic. I spent most of the day reorganizing closet space. I also went through my clothes and found some things to donate to the Salvation Army. I still have stuff to do...like a huge wash!! Plus this is the room I want to paint and get a new floor in before Xmas.Tomorrow hubby and I are starting the Weight Watchers’ point program. Boy, do I need to drop a few pounds. My problem is I adore food.I have oodles of journals from everybody. I will try to get to them over the next few days. I have not forgotten about you.Well, time to do a few more things and then I will have an early bedtime. Talk to you soon. Debbie

Holy s---, you bought more shoes in one day than I have in my closet. I have to know how many pair you have. I will admit I am not a shoe person. Actually I am not a fashio plate at all. I loath shopping. I do have a lot of gold and diamonds but that is from Hubby not me. I am painting 3 rooms but don\'t think I will be done by x-mas but you never know, a little mania and it might happen. I wanted to lose a few pounds so I started weight watchers, I can look at something and know the points in it. I just get going and Hubby gets me Harry\'n\'Davids dark chocolate truffles for Sweetest Day. I know that is not celebrated in Canada...Any way they are 5 points a piece. What a butthead. Well they are gone now and I will try again. Take your time I know how hard it is when you get home from somewhere. Get with me later on. Love Naomi xo
I have never understood the attraction to shoes some of you women have (including my daughter Winter who just goes all soft and gooy in a shoe store)..I wear them when I have to, like the snow is over the tops of my flip-flops :>) I\'m pretty much the same on jewelry although I do enjoy looking at it more then I do shoes...but it\'s good that you all had so much fun on the trip, that is the important thing.
I need to get myself in gear and sort clothes and clean closets, was thinking so hard about that this morning it almost sent me back to bed but I seriously do want to do some rearranging and cleaning so will make the second pot of coffee extra strong today...you inspire me to get off my butt and quit being so lazy.
