Home Safe

I got home safely last night, came home and went straight to bed. I was exhausted. I slept well, and almost rolled out of bed thinking I was still on the air mattress on the floor. Luckily I didn't and got out of bed properly. I ate like crap on the train and had a horrible stomachache. Stupidly, I decided on Taco Bell for dinner and only ate a bit of my nachos before I had to run to the bathroom. I gave the rest to Geo. I'm still tired today and I got a bunch of sleep. It was Geo's dad's birthday today and so we went out to Outback. My stomach was feeling better, so I had a couple small margaritas. I only had a small piece of birthday cake and no ice cream. I gained a bunch of weight on the trip (5 pounds) but I think it's mostly water since on the train I ate a bunch of salty stuff. I will wait for a couple days and see if it comes down. I hope so. I just keep messing up with my diet, and my hips have been hurting me so I haven't been able to walk much. I don't know what I'm going to do tomorrow. Probably sleep more and catch up with everything online. I took a nap from 6:45pm to 7:45 so I might not go to sleep as early as I wanted to.
I did have a bit of time today when depression came over me. I just wanted to curl up in bed with Geo and cry. I took a bath and that made it a lot better. I can't wait to see my psychiatrist next Thursday. I'm hoping for either a change or increase in my antidepressant. The Haldol is working well... I'm not hallucinating a lot, even the small stuff that was always there. I don't know if I need the Risperdal along with it, as well as the Trazadone. I will have to talk to her about it.

That great you got back home safe and sound :) Bet its great to be back home with Geo. I can relate to the part when i eat like crap i dont feel well and then seems like i just cant get back to feeling myself again. I bet you are right the wt gain could likely be from increase in sodium so i wouldnt get to concerned about it... that will go away in couple days. I think after a vacation or traveling it takes a few days to get back into normal diet and sleep routines. Hope the Dr can adjust the meds just alittle so the depression its such a fine line :(
HugzZz happy you back

Great so hear you traveled home safe. Being away from home and the normal routine and foods generally cause the body to not act on a regular basis so you will more than likely see that weight \"flush\" away in a couple of days.
Sorry your hips are hurting and hope that is better very soon!

so happy you are home safe and sound. i agree with the others, the extra weight is likely a combination of salt intake and a different diet. it always takes me a few days to get back to normal when im away. hope you doctor can adjust the meds to how it is best for you and sorry about your hips, what causes them to hurt? i am sure geo is as glad to have you back as you are to see him hugsss
