home from work and I have no good reason to be upset

I was at work today - and I found myself ocassionally fighting the invasive thoughts

but I knew how to deal with them and I thought about the idea of perseverating thoughts.

The kind that linger in the back ground and grind away at your mood. That concept helped

me drop the inclination to feel badly.

I came home and kind of felt like I was coming into a sadness - a depression maybe - but

I realized these were perseverating thoughts and in truth "I have no good reason to be upset."

I am inclined to go to the Trader Joe's to get some goodies but I also go to Yoga class at 1045a..

I am inclined to go to Yoga tomorrow instead. I think that's what I will do.
