Home from the hospital and frustrated

I just got home from the hospital tonight and I am bitter, confused and numb.  I had my MRI and I do in fact have 2 medium sized lesions that light up like light bulbs with contrast but the doctor says he is not convinced that they are MS lesions and that I "don't fit any of the diagnostic criteria" for MS.....what the heck does that mean? Everything I read about MS screams my name but Im not a doctor and I am too tired to pursue this right now. He says I could very well have MS and wouldn't be surprised if I was dx-ed in the future and will continue to repeat MRI's.  He told me he would rather not put me through another spinal at this time but would if I wanted it. I wasn't about to insist. He did put me on Inderol for my autonomic dysfunction. Inderol will also help my migraines, chest pain and tremors...or so it says. I have to monitor my blood pressure because I typically have low BP and am sensitve to meds and my first dose of Inderol took my pressure down to 71/49. I am suppossed to take it twice a day as long as my top number is above 90, if not I am to skip it.  So it is back to sickness as usual and I could have done without all the drama of the last week.  Thank you everyone for all your kind thoughts. I hope you all are well. Hugs, Lorraine

Dear bear,
So sorry to hear that you are left, again, with this \'not-conclusive\' answer! How totally sick of the whole thing you must be.
Please watch the Inderal. It\'s the drug I was on - & the one which caused me so much trouble. I too have very low blood pressure, so had to take it in increments of one-quarter increase every 3 days. I kept bumping into things, late - falling over. I was really careful. Then my thinking processes started to slow down....until I could hardly think at lall. - just went \"blank\" and the migrines continues. Please take the dosage very slowly - you may be able to take it - I could in my 30\'s when the migraines just \"appeared\" - but I was on nothing except fover the counter pain tabs. Now, it is out -for ever. I feel dreadfully empathetic with you - but am hoping against hope that it will work for you. Fond regards, JaneD.
