hold onto your cat pants........

under themes, there is no ridiculous option.......nor absurd.
life is all that and more.
so i'm the one who got up today and told my two kitties, green eyed annie and goofy ol rio to hold onto their cat pants........and then i thought....
i need to hold onto my people pants......as do you!
yeah, the brain waves around here are ridiculous or is it more hip to say ridonkulous?
see i woke up with more energy today and a renewed desire to caretake my plants and home.
they ......the plants and the home need it......as do the kitty kitties.
where have i been?  under the covers, head buried beneath.......
cold/flu symptoms abated.......less horrible cfs/me + fibro symtpms.  it's a chance ........to give my immediate surroundings some love.  i can't make people update me on my sister, grandpa or sweet carrie......they are all sweet.  but i can once again be in learning where patience is regarded.
sorry, i get all lost in words and my fingers type almost as fast as i think.......and then i stop like now and wish i could cut through the fog and get down to it.
plants need water.  they are out there standing in that summer heat screaming for agua......
my house needs some dusting/vacuuming/dishes/laundry love.  my bed looks wrecked.  and today is dentist day.  there are too many magazines around here......there is too much of a lot of things.  does this happen to you?
when you feel overcluttered, overly needed by demands.......wish you could wiggle your nose and fix it....life/chores, family.......health in an INSTANT.  there is instant pudding in so many flavors, why can't there by instant life pudding?  i know right.......i don't know either.
something creeps into the big blue marble above these shoulders that when these things happen however they happen we are in a learning, growing, transitioning place.......lesssons from humility, to gratitude, to patience and other life menu items.
........yes, i hear you, don't overdo it.  how many times have we all said that to ourselves?  a million jillion billion right?  and yet we do overdo.   for so many of us it seems to be in close interaction with our DNA.  did i ever tell you my big brother john did his dissertation on DNA before it was a thing?  my brother is one smart dude.......doctor john, a biochemist......a good dude at NIH......sorry I digress. again, alot, always.
i need to put some dirt down outside, water stuff......pick weeds.  i need to tidy the interior......and there is that dentist thing in a few hours.  if i do the in and the out side of it all now will i make it to the dentist.  if i do some or all of these things will i be upside down for the rest of the week?
these are things we always face.  it's a juggle.......to push or not to push.  and often times we have no choices save that of rest, rest, rest..........
so confused.  when i have more energy i want more life........it's that simple.  even when i am sick in bed i want more life.  even when i have more life i want even more life.........why?  it's simple really, this last year i've felt that there is an invisible timer ticking away.........this is act III sparrow.......whatcha gonna do with this limited time offer........?
overthink, underthink......over do,  under do...........we're always testing our bodies, minds and spirits with all manner of things.  today is a better day.......time to make best right choices for you and for me.
i'll pray in care of your day and thank you most generously if you can tack me onto your prayer list......
physical movement will break up these brain knots.......it always does.
hugs, sparrow

I\'m glad you felt a little better today. I neglect my plants a lot too, but I just make my kids go out and water them. I\'m glad your little plants got watered. Much love.

I overthink too. As Joyce Meyer would say "don't you ever get sick of being with yourself?'' oh yes haha. I tend to want whatever I can't have at the moment... like when work is busy I want less, when it is less, I want more. sigh. I need a vacation from my brain! miss you!!!
