I am home from work, and I ate a meal and took a shower. Got dressed
and I go to therapy in a little while! Woot! I feel a bunch of ideas
coming on and I will save it for therapy. Things are alright. I have a do nothing
day ahead for me. Rather than accept it - I think I may go for a long walk to the park
and circle back on Thousand Oaks Blvd. Maybe I will do some yoga poses in my bedroom.
Life is alright at the moment! So grateful!
I get caught up and frozen in aesthetics at times but I think I will triumph over that kind of cement.

Yup, I think you are already mostly triumphant over the aesthetics cement. *Just* noticing that you are getting lost in appearances is pretty damned special in our appearances driven culture.
Next, the wisdom to know that sometimes doing nothing is something, after all?
I recently tried my old yoga pose of bending over backward and resting my head in the arches of my feet. All aboard the geezer train! ! !

So what are we doing on our vacation???
Tomorrow I am taking my sister to lunch. Then during the week I want to go to a museum and also the new Elton John movie.. I will go to yoga class and then also to this public gardens I’ve been meaning to check out. :)
Sounds like you have a plan and plans are good. I'll be envying you from afar!!! I still have a couple of "hell weeks" until the rest of my peeps come home from France and The Netherlands. "sigh"
Taron Egerton kicked ass in Rocketman and I love public gardens. We have the Duke Gardens here, near Duke University and I can spend a day getting lost in them....all the people disappear and beauty just seeps in and calms my soul.
Okay I have to go out now and tend my gardens or their going to revolt...
