Hitting roadblocks

Dear DS diary,
My mood is teetering between testy and a full breakdown, so this journal is all I will be doing tonight.
I'm expecting my exercise DVD -- and a couple of other things -- to come in by Tuesday.  If all works out, I'll be golden with finding a way to revamp my workouts.  There's just one problem: It feels like I have about 200 questions -- although it's obviously not that many -- and the two trainer friends I found on FB haven't so much as acknowledged that they got my messages.  I'm not shocked in a way because they have 2000+ friends each, but I really feel like I need at least some of the blanks filled before I'll really be comfortable getting this off the ground.
Since I would prefer to have this in gear sooner instead of later -- I'm a little out of shape now as it is -- this is causing a panic and a breakdown that has eaten into my sleep the last two nights.  I'm pretty sure I know who I can lean on here to fill in some of the holes, but it bothers me that one of these trainers has said she'd help but is showing me signs that she may not be able to in the extent she'd like.
I realize this is and should be a patience thing on my end, but my workouts have been in tatters for months and so there is now this voice in my heart that is saying it doesn't want to wait much longer...and neither do I. :(

\"Patience\"......what a difficult thing to have when you are having to wait on someone else to provide you with the information you need. I hope you will find way to let go of the panic over this. From what I\'ve seen, you\'re in very good shape and maybe, just maybe, you\'re being to hard on yourself at the moment? Is some small part of you fearful you won\'t be able to maintain this level of fitness? As I recall, you\'d mentioned you didn\'t want to end up looking like your family does? IF that\'s the case, I can\'t see how that could happen. You\'re very diligent in your diet as well as your fitness routines.
The two trainer friends you\'d mentioned, have 2,000+ friends....I\'m not sure they\'re all \"friends\" in the strictest sense of the word, perhaps they are helping most of the with fitness type things. Can you give them the benefit of the doubt for a while longer and consider they may be working on a plan for you and just haven\'t completed it yet? I\'m not at all familiar with how something like that is done, it\'s just the only way I know to ask. Any help you can get from either/both would be an asset for you, maybe it won\'t be as much as you would like, still, it would be more than you have now, wouldn\'t it?
Waiting for others is ever so hard to do when it comes to something that is important to us. I know how important your training is to you and waiting on them would be difficult. Can you just continue with what you have been doing, perhaps \"ramp\" it up a bit until you do hear from them? At the least, perhaps, that would help burn off the anxiety of waiting.
Losing sleep over it isn\'t conducive to your overall health, I think you know that already though. If you can find ways to be more active or involved in your other skills, such as your video games and voice over videos, it might make the wait easier.
I\'m sorry I don\'t have any other thoughts to share with you on this, I just wanted you to know someone does understand and cares.
