Hit my head
I was putting stuff away in the kitchen and hit my head pretty hard. It's not bruised and there's no lump, so it just needs time to heal. I get dizzy a bit, so I gave myself an off day of exercise. Geo is supposed to have his sleep study tomorrow but they didn't call him so I have to call in the morning. If he does go, I'm going to have Lisa over for a girl's night. I hope he goes... I want Lisa to get to know Geo better. We are supposed to have dinner. I'm not feeling well, so I'm going to go lie down. I hope I feel better soon and get back to my life.

I hope the bump is OK. Laying down is not good after a head bump...
Sure hope you are ok..... if the dizziness or any blurry vision or really bad headaches is a problem i hope you go get checked. I have learned so much since my sons brain injury i never thought it was so easy to get a serious head injury without much force but it does happen. Hope you get a girls night with your friend... its so nice to just get a brake

Feel better soon. If you are still getting dizzy I would go to the dr. to have it checked out. I hope you get to have dinner with Lisa and Geo. that would be so nice.
