His ending equals new beginning...
As of Nov. 3 I am single. He's been wanting me to move back but has been unable to "convince" me that things are better. I know he's been working on some things and says we can tackle the remaining together, mostly cause he lacks the money to. All I asked for from him was to sell me on why I should move back. I told him I needed to hear that he loves me and how much. That he was willing to do whatever it took to make this work. We had this conversation previously and I emailed him also on what he means to me but as I thought he couldn't express his own emotions about me. So on that night we were talking about Thanksgiving plans and he asked when I was moving back, said I was just waiting to hear that he loved me and such. Said he couldn't do that, said have a nice life and hung up. Before when he's hung up I've had to contact him by email or phone to apologize and "fix" things. I know I am not asking for a lot and I am definitely not asking for too much. I am hoping to be able to get to the feeling of starting over, new beginning of sorts and a clean slate but it's hard to put 8 years behind and have doubts of the situation. I wish things were clearer for me and I hope that with all the research and articles that's come to me helps me and eases the "pain."

I am so proud of you for seeing that he has not made the changes that you need to see! That says a lot about your strength! Seeing a good therapist may be helpful for you to understand what drew you to him. It may take some time away from him in order to see how much better your life is without him.
A BIG hug to you!
We seen a therapist together in the summer time and she recommended the Robin Norwood book Women who Love Too Much and I have talked to her a few times since then but where I am at currently I am unable to see one. I could but I\'d have to apply for state help (no insurance) or depending on finding a therapist that may be able to do a sliding scale type of deal since I currently have no income. But I am keeping myself busy helping family and reading. I know it will be worked out one way or another. Thank you for your input. I really do appreciate it.
