hi guys! love and blessings out there

I went to work today and kind of still thought about what I wrote about yesterday.

I was tired but I was trying to do good work. I don't know why but my coworkers were annoying me.

I felt like I was falling short of their social needs - I really had no interest in their bullshit.

I did the work, but was kind of feeling selfish - I nearly started to cut corners - and when it was my time

to go, I kind of rushed out of there. I suppose it's not that big of a tragedy - but I kind of thought about the ideal

I kind of expect me to be at times (I think of the song, "I just want to be your everything.") I feel like I have to be

the paragon of what the situation demands. I think that's unfair to me after today. I realize I need to do the work

and be responsible but socially I just don't have a lot of energy in me. I think that's where I need to I need to focus

my love and compassion. Maybe where the ideal meets humanity - like how much compassion I put out there for me or for others.

Eh, I was starting to feel kind of crestfallen about myself, but I'll let it go. Time to just be good to myself, I am not a cartoon.

Sometimes we have to put masks on when we are out in society. That's okay, I think. I think you deciding to be good to yourself now that you are home is a good plan. Have a good weekend, Mark.

As my first day off of the weekend has progressed, I did some things that I wanted to do and quite frankly the day is kind of slipping away rather slowly. I went for a walk. I drank some lemonade and ate a bunch of banana bread. I am skipping dinner. I ate way too much banana bread! haha
