hi guys

I am home from work, had some lunch and now have the radio on

and am sitting at my laptop. I don't know what to write. I keep starting

then stopping - changing my thoughts on which ones to focus. I am kind of cray cray - I have my thoughts

about what would be of interest to me but I sense my new buddhism prayer classes are teaching me mindfulness

about what I am actually experiencing and focusing on. It's actually quite good and healthful and helpful.

Whereas once I might have been a little unconscious about things now there seems to be light and space for me

to actually see what I am doing. Maybe now I can do more of what I want to do rather than just follow the amorphous energies that seem to take over when I spend time outside of the structure of work, at home alone.

Buddhism is really interesting. I've gone to a handful of classes now and I like what they teach as well I like how

I feel so happy after I meditate.

I know we are all going through stuff. I hope you guys are fighting good tools and helpful experiences to lighten your load and to find happiness.

Buddhism and mindfulness, both separate and together, are quite enough study to keep you busy for a lifetime. Growth in that field will be a tremendous boost to knowing which interest will grow best for you.

Study well, my peaceful warrior.
