hi guys

hi guys, it'll be another day of taking a nun to her appointment.

I've also got to get ready for my road trip to PA tomorrow (I'll be back on Saturday).

I'm going to see my Aunt. It'll be nice.

I've got to pack a little bag and clean my room and Blue's stuff

before I go.

Today was an interesting morning - more mental spinning until I just curbed the spinning

and 'got on with' the tasks behind altar. There's no objective way to conduct service, though

there are lots of people ready to suggest how I do it and yet there's also the nuances

of how I want and like to do it - over all I think it's a lot like having a sensitive conversation

with God, myself and the parish -

while reciting all the things that need to be said out loud. I don't know why my mind is

so bifurcated when it comes to understanding the world and myself. Perhaps transitioning

one world or the other was mighty fraught when growing up. There may not have been

a lot of room for any of it. But I know I had it good in a lot of ways... A LOT of ways.

Just to offer, this morning when I woke up - I was so fragile and awestruck by life.

Not knowing where my strength or missino was and thinking big picture about life, my survival and where I am going.

There felt like no safe place or person to take solace in.

So many questions of how to deal while being awestruck with life.

But ultimately I thought there's no perfect way to cope

and we will deal with things by who we are.

How we handle things, is influenced by who we are and sculpts our answers to things. Things turn into

personal expression in the face of diversity. Sensitivity to that

multi-space made serving today like a conversation that I carefully

and gently served. Because that's who I am - wondering what was right -

hoping not to mistep or offend. Wanting to be a good force and healer.

I thought also thought about that this idea informs and sheds light on how we treat ourselves and others?

Am I super harsh with myself ?  is that mojo to have it so right something, that I also take out

upon myself? How does this express upong my interactions with others?

A good thing to examine I think.. Let go and let god! Keep on keeping on!

Maybe just a crazy but gentle conversation :).

Big hug sweetie...I do think you're hard on yourself at times

If we were talking about me or another friend I know you'd be generous with empathy and kindness

Maybe stop and ask how you'd treat someone else if
you're being hard on you then give yourself the same gift...xo
