hi guys
hi guys - i left a voicemail tonight for my doctor on the way home from work.
nothing dramatic or intense. just feeling beat up by the job
and kind of resigned to the life I am living. I am lucky to have the job
and the scenery on the drive home was spectacular in the gold sunset
hues all over the place. I got home - ate my meal - and then came back to
see Blue. I just looked at him and petted him for a good long time.
I thought about what my doctor said about 80 year olds feeling pain. This was
in reference to my Dad.
I thought about my love for Blue- and my Father's love for his son.
Life may be, not sure how to say this, kind of fraught with a lot of stuff -
but to have a child - like Blue is my child - is so heartening.
Anyways - I'll go wash up and then to bed.
Good night,
peace,
Mark

Sweet Dreams Mark, with a day tomorrow of peace of mind that you are not the cause of an 80's pain...it's hard sometimes to truly take in that we who have mental health challenges are not responsible for how someone else feels...it's just that...'It's How They Choose To Take In" what we say, and what I have to work on is knowing that what I say is Not Mean Spirited...same as you with the simple question you asked the Nun yesterday.
Thanks Mary Louise!
