hi.
waving one tiny wing at you from my nest. not feeling well at all. cancelled dental followup for now......nothing is right at present. not the worst but not very high level of function. one being the worst and ten being the best......hmmm, a 4 or 5 if i push. feels like i got runned over by crazy train, the sequel.
hunkered way down in the nest. to do lists seem like something for someone else to do in a land far away.
trying to think......should pay bills in a day or two. take trash to curb.
sounds too hard --- i'll just toddle back into the warm coccoon of a soft bed.
winter. definitely.......sick, yes. better days will come ......eventually.
pray for me, know i pray for you.
such tired wings.....no flying today. thank God for nests, they protect and allow us sanctuary.

It's freezing in Jersey too! I'm tucked in. Good to put dental work on hold when we are feeling down. I'm doing the same thing! It's causing me to have to eat soft foods! Meh.

So sorry you're all wiped out again Ruthie. It seems to just sneak up on us without warning so often and hold us captive. You just rest up and don't you worry about a thing now. You can keep that temporary bridge in for quite some time. They can all wait. No harm and no hurry. Just snuggle in and relax. Hope you received my hug message recently. Do you have a hot water bottle? Great for pain or tense spots. Comforting. Remember sunny days will return and you will feel better soon too.
