hey! celebrate ! it's another day! :)
I had a really nice sleep last night.
For some reason on my mind has been this idea.
I think with all the confusion that my life has served
I found the inspirational motto for myself that 'life is about taking care of life'
-keeping life going -
one step at at time, keep on keeping on...
but outside of a motivational philosophy - just in the real elemental consideration of that
idea on my own personal framing - I looked for my own value this morning... and I just feel really grounded
and though (well no modifiers need) - to feel some jusitification or
validation of my life - I realize it's all of our rights to take care and build our lives -
and in that I realize we're all out there - taking care of our lives...
no one better than the other - it's joyful to have my own life to take care of -
to take care of and make my own life... each one of us going for it...
for some reason - in the linearity of writing this - the thoughts lose their power
or their meaning.. maybe should have written a poem :)
hey! celebrate!! it's another day!! :) ((hug))

it's bonus thought too to think about what you choose to do with your time -
i have found myself feeling very comfortable with finally being able to see
above and past my appetite to find peace and knowing - and having the vision for -
the work I have to do (maybe I don't have enough to do)
but what I finding is with - my time spent here in my life - is what I have to show
for what I choose to do with my time - no judgements - though that kind of thing
will come -
rather than feel the endless woe of not knowing what to do -
I ground myself in asking myself as time passes - what am I choosing to do with this time?
ok -
i'm having mania now - my energy unleashed by this thought of achieving
- my challenges make me need to mitigate or keep a cap on what I have
the overwhelming energy (that overwhelms my mind and sanity) to do.
It's just how I have to handle it....
I know I have to create a reliable activity or plan to keep myself busy specifically
for the kind of mania I have -
I find myself at a crossroads of thinking it's either one way (sickness or health) or the other.
I can thrive in the creation of my own routine and I can work with a system like
my job provides.
I can switch one for the other or live in both worlds at the same time.
These thoughts steady me.
Time to make the bed - and start organizing for my trip to Maryland!
I am learning good things. I am recognizing that I can both create my own structure in own life and also
work at the structure provided at work... the structure on my own makes for a little extra pressure (in terms of how I look forward at making use of my time ...outside of my appetite) and structure at work
well it kind of is just different I suppose - but it's I think a little bit easier.
sometimes weathering that anxiety along the way of making structure for yourself or
getting the job at work done - can be done by pumping yourself up (psyching yourself up)
or keep at it until the momentum comes (fake it till you make it.) Keep on keeping on.
