here at the apt. 612 think tank :-)
I have had a full day so far. Woke at 3am, got to the job - and worked until 8am.
Came home. Had lunch. Changed clothes...and went to the office for a couple of hours.
Followed my routines and now it's me following the structure of the remainder of my day. It's funny though.
I want to sit at this computer and type out my communications and thoughts to you guys.
I doubt this is read by many except for a select few, but it's interesting. Doing this has become
a healthful, healthy providing outlet for me to help me deal with my life. I'll go to yoga at 145p.
I felt fragile earlier - heck I feel fragile a lot - but I have started to keep a sense of structure
and the usefulness of it - to grasp for - and help me like throwing a grappling hook up a steep wall
as a way to pull myself up from the blindness of a funk. I may still feel bad and fragile but if I keep at the
tools and sense of structure and commonality that I've received from therapy - and my own work - then a sense of stability comes while going
through the mess. Everyone's got problems and if you look all around you, you can see people coping with them.
All in different ways - stabilizing themselves some ways - and a lot of the times talking it through with a good friend.
Things are good for now.. Here at think apartment 612 think tank. :-) Fragile but good.

Good thing you don't have a web cam in my cry room. . .
