Help Me!!

I need help. I need to be in a forum for many different groups. I don't have any idea how this site works. All I know is that I need people to talk to, and right now I have none, online or in person. I am looking for someone to show me the ropes, and help me out. I'm totally depressed, and dealing with way too many issues right now HELP
