hello my friends of DS.org

I was sitting in front of the TV and feeling relaxed. I felt so relaxed eventually it was like I became a sinking ship.

I eventually unraveled emotionally and just felt at the mercy of painful memories. Memories of negative interactions

during the day, of anxiety over going to a party tomorrow, knowing what the future will bring in terms of new interactions.

I feel alone and I am reaching out.

Maybe it's the way I deal with pain - or maybe it's the way I deal with conflict - obsessing on it - maybe not dealing.

I admire the fighter I see in some of you, which is an admirable quality.

I just have to chill a little bit, I took my meds and maybe I will read or something. I feel grateful for this safe place.

Sorry you had a bad memory day. Sometimes it is hard to let go of certain memories. I hope your medicine helped. Maybe if you can have an escape plan for tomorrow, just in case, it will be easier for you to go to the party. That's what I do when I have to go somewhere like that.
