Hello from Oregon
We are having a wonderful time in Oregon - the coast was phenomenal. We went in to California to see the giant Redwoods! Joe drove through the tree and almost took the rear view mirror off! I couldn't give him too much grief. I have been responsible for at least 2 new mirrors!
We are now in Eugene and headed for Seattle to meet a young fellow who taught in Mlada Boleslav, Czech Republic with me. If Cory's Mom gets my message, I would like to get together too.
I have tried several times to log on and read some journals but it is taking forever to log on.
I am thinking of you wonderful moms.
Lisa has been with me. She pops up in the most unusual places!

We so loved our trip last year....I think you guys are pretty much making the same trek we made. We started in Seattle, then Olympic park, Mt. Rainier, then along the coastline of Oregon, and down to the redwoods. Oregon was truly phenomenal!....and Washington was equally gorgeous!
Enjoy the rest of your trip, and I sure hope you get to meet Peggy! We have other moms in the Seattle area too....I was lucky enough to meet three of them (Debbie, Amber, and Kathy) for dinner while there.

You are truly in one of my most favorite places ever! You have been missed and thank you for checking in. I love that Lisa is along as she always is and DS is a mess right now so it\'s something going on with their end. Hope it\'s fixed soon!
Continue to have the best time ever and blow kisses around from all the kids. K? Some of Doug\'s ashes are scattered along the Oregon coast as my daughter did that several years ago while she was on vacation there. It\'s a piece of heaven, isn\'t it?!

I visited my uncle and aunt in Seattle the summer after Christopher\'s accident. It was lovely. So different from flat FLA! Glad you are enjoying your trip and Lisa is sending you winks...
