Heart Doctor
Finally saw the "famous" heart doctor...the nurse kept saying "haven't we released you for surgery already....I was about to tell her what I thought of her...the truth they have so many people they really don't care...finally saw the doctor...He states that the ekg is an old school check off the list to do before surgery and bla bla blah....anyway..he is is going to get a stress test on me to check....
He makes me so disgusted ..I don't think he would have even talk to me if my husband had not been there...and then also we find out they are "the heart group" located within our hospital and do their work their yet they are not a part of the hospital...go figure...the lab is right across the hall from them..but they wanted to know why my neurosurgeon didn't send me there to get the ekg....because I am having surgery at that hospital and they sent me where I said I wanted to go....I don't understand why they are not a part of our hospital..oh well....at least he did order a stress test...of course still claiming that my ekg done by the other lab was fine...but to cover his well you know what he is covering....Don't matter I just want to go to surgery having a "I'm Okay, for surgery"...so more time waiting now...now hoping it won't take too long to get everything taken care of and get the surgery done...
Stress Test at Tuesday at 945...so hope the surgery will not be too long off...now jut to worry...
Frustrating....but at least more safe I hope...

I agree with the others. It\'s good they don\'t rush into anything.
All this irritation is nothing, just let the surgery be good, and the results good. Take good care of yourself and try having something nice to look forward to. I bought a little poodle puppy before my cancer surgery so I\'d have someone to cuddle with during my recovery. That was 15 years ago and we\'re still together.

I can just immagine how stressed you are, waiting for the \"stress test\". I don\'t think i like the sound of that doctor, lol. However, they are just covering their behinds and it will be safer for you. Can\'t wait until you and I both have our surgeries and are on our way to recovery. ((((HUGS))))...Julia
