Headache
Yesterday at around 8:15 pm I got a horrible headache like the ones I got before getting my surgery. I really thougt that after the surgery I would no longer get them. The ridge on my head swoll up and the pain made me nauseas and because of the fusion I'm not allowed to take Excedrin migraine which had become one of my best friends it was horrible. I put on an ice pack and turned off everything and eventually fell asleep. I woke up at around 12:39 am with my head pounding so I decided to take a Norco and replace my ice pack for another one. I was finally able to doze off at around 2 am and woke up again at 6:17 am with a slight headache again. I had never in my lifetime gotten headaches like these before the accident. They truly suck and wouldn't even wish them on my worst enemy. I know Martha said I would take like 4 steps forward and 2 back but I hope this is the last time I get a teacher like this. I know my husband gets worried about me and he can't sleep well either. I was on the other hand able to put my charm bracelet on again without my arm feeling pain. You don't realize how something so light can cause so much pain when there is something wrong with you to begin with. I never realized how much I took for granted my ability to walk and wake up with no pain until this accident. It was a rough night hopefully today will be a better day.
