having the confidence to live your own life

this is a topic that comes to me time and again...well it's gradually come to me...

but the wave is cresting lately and I 'see it now' in a way.

Do we have the strength of conviction to go for what we like and how we want to live?

Or do we partner up? and live more by letting someone else lead the way? and we then grapple

with that? Is it necessarily mutually exclusive?

Is there compromise or is there equity in those relationships

so that each person's need is met? Perhaps not always fully?

An art professor once said to me that he and his wife were part of a scientific study - where they

tried to build an equal life of duties together...and the conclusion was... "somebody's got to wash the socks" lol :)

Anyways- I've been thinking about that today.

It's super quiet here except for Blue meowing.

Sending peace!

You're exploring a lot of experiences! Interesting!

I remember feeling lonely in a room full of people, and feeling connected to nature in walking in the woods. Both in the same day, so it's unique to the experience as to the choices.

Enjoy Blue's meowing!
