Happy Tuesday :)

Saw Dr. yesterday got my questions answered and he told me I looked better than I did when I first came in. I did not take offence to this, in fact I thanked him for the compliment and said I feel better than I did. A plan of 6 months has been set up but if at any time I want to stop with the meds I can wean myself off because it is my treatment. All of this put me in a good mood, knowing that I am in control of my treatment and the meds and Dr. are supports. 
I know that I have to follow a plan of action that works and adjust that plan when needed.
