Happy Super Wednesday :) Cooking and baking day :) Homemade stuffing with sausage and cornbread :) Greetings from our Thanksgiving time kitchen :) We're enjoying a great day :) We're loving the spirit of Thanksgiving week, and sharing in the week with everyone :) We're very happy and excited to celebrate Thanksgiving with everyone tomorrow :) Holly and i enjoyed a nice time making homemade stuffing with sausage and cornbread today :) it's one of our favorite Thanksgiving time traditions :) There's lots of nice steps to making the stuffing :) We baked 2 boxes of cornbread, cooked sausage, and also cooked vegetables (onion, bell pepper, and celery) in the chicken broth :) We mixed the stuffing bread, cornbread, and all of the ingredients, and super stirred it into a huge batch of nice homemade stuffing :)We baked the stuffing for about 20 minutes :) We're very excited for our family to enjoy the stuffing tomorrow on Thanksgiving :) it's a very special part of our Thanksgiving dinner :) i took some nice pictures of our cooking and baking day to share with everyone :) It's been a nice stretch of days :) We enjoyed a nice car ride to my bank this morning, and also tuning into our favorite sports radio :) Holly and i began a ghost hunters party this afternoon, watching some classic episodes :) We look forward to watching the Thanksgiving parade and football tomorrow :)We're gonna be going to my sister Jenn's and family's home for Thanksgiving dinner :)We all will be with eachother in spirit :) We treasure all of the great memories being made :) Thank you angel friends, for sharing in the season with us,and for making each day special :) We're very blessed, and thankful to have you all in our lives :) We love you all bunches and bunches :) Wishing everyone continued joys of the season,and a blessed, and happy Thanksgiving holiday :)

It's been a nice stretch of days with lots of Thanksgiving week spirit :) We enjoyed a nice dinner yesterday evening :) my mom cooked some ham with potatoes, and we also made some stove top stuffing :) it was a nice dinner :) Holly and i began to watch the star wars movie, the return of the Jedi :) We watched the first half of the movie,and gonna watch the rest on Thanksgiving night :)We're really excited to be watching the series together :) This morning, we had a nice new day, rising and shining :) i was up early this morning,enjoying some nice time here on DS, writing to friends,and getting ready for my early morning nature walk :)We had some rain in our area yesterday evening and overnight. The rained eased by this morning. :) our nature friends are enjoying a nice feast week, as they've been visiting our yard to enjoy lots of goodies :) it's our gift to them, for Thanksgiving time :)i gathered a big bowl of goodies, and went outside for my nature walk :) our nature friends, and the peaceful calm of the early morning greeted me :) lots of bluejays, and sparrows around : )the bluejays were flying over to the feeders area by our fruit trees :) it's so nice seeing all of our nature friends,and them enjoying a nice Thanksgiving week :) it's been very nature active :) i put lots of goodies on the bird feeders, and in the bird sanctuary area for our nature friends :) They're enjoying the goodies :) i love taking in all of the nature sights and sounds as the new day blossoms :) it looks like classic, golden days of fall season all around :) Holly and i are looking forward to many more nature walks :) Our nature friends are very happy, enjoying Thanksgiving feast week :) Happy sunny nature smiles :)

It was a nice peaceful early morning :) We enjoyed our breakfast, and having some hot chamomile tea, and water :) Tiger girl enjoyed her breakfast, and some treats :) We enjoyed a nice car ride to my bank early :) it was nice seeing some nature sights :) my mom and dad made a trip to the food pantry this morning :) we're all very thankful for the food pantry,and the nice foods, beverages, it comes in very handy and is very helpful :) Holly and i put our favorite sports radio on :)We love tuning in :) they had their football preview yesterday, before the Thanksgiving holiday :) We look forward to watching football tomorrow, there's 3 games :) it'll be great keeping up with the games as the day goes on :)We also look forward to the Thanksgiving day parade tomorrow morning :) it's gonna be so nice seeing the parade float, and performances :)as the morning was going on, Holly and i got ready for our cooking and baking day :)

Homemade Stuffing with Sausage and Cornbread :)a very special Thanksgiving time tradition :) We love this tradition, and the joy it brings :) Since 2004, i've been making homemade stuffing for my family :) i got the recipe while watching the Emeril's cooking show on the food network :) i made the stuffing for the first time that year, and it's become a very special part of our Thanksgiving dinner :) Holly began to help me prepare the stuffing when she moved here in 2019 :) a very special thank you for my mom and dad ,for picking up the nice ingredients for the stuffing :) the stuffing is really delicious :) around late morning, Holly and i gathered our baking supplies, and went into the kitchen to begin making the stuffing :) We love the steps to making the stuffing :) the first step, is baking 2 boxes of cornbread :) We love cornbread, it's a big part of the ingredients and adds a sweet flavor to the stuffing :) Holly and i got the cornbread baking in the oven :) on the stove, we cooked some nice sausage :) the sausage is also anoher big ingredient for the stuffing :) in a cooking pot, we added in sliced celery, bell pepper, and onion :) We poured in Chicken stock (broth) :)

The vegetables simmer cooked in the broth :) the cornbread finished baking, i brought it out of the oven, and we then got our big baking bowl, and added in the cornbread, and the stuffing bread :) We crumbled up the stuffing bread :) We then added in the vegetables/chicken broth, and stirred it together and added in an egg :) Holly doesn't eat meat, we waited to put the sausage in, we first made 4 nice portions of the stuffing into the baking cups,and then added the sausage into the rest of the stuffing, and stirred it :)We then baked the stuffing in the oven for about 20 minutes :) it baked nicely, and came out great :) Holly and i are very heart happy and excited for our family to enjoy the stuffing we made, tomorrow on Thanksgiving :)We had a nice time cooking and baking today :) i thanked Holly for helping make the stuffing :) i took some cool pictures to share with everyone here in my journal :) here's the recipe for the homemade stuffing with sausage and cornbread :)

1-loaf of stuffing bread
2-boxes of cornbread
1- sausage
1- bell pepper
1-onion
2-celery stalks
1-egg
1-container of chicken stock/broth :)
