Hi, just a note for friends or passersby. This use to be a regular website for me while getting on my feet from...."issues"...I do miss having the time and space to gather thoughts and practice more healthful living.
Computers fritz and I dont make them a priority. But now, have to. Work is all paperless now and our memos or thoughts from the boss are noted in our network. So..gotta use one from home. We dont have time at work for using a computers except to clock in.
I hope things are ok in your lives. Drop a note if you have time. Now that there is a new lap top in my life I will be back again soon.

Happy New Year...perhaps the computers will be a new challenge for you. Time and space to gather thoughts and be more healthful is important, I strive for that every day, I just don\'t always get there..
