Happy Anniversary!

Today is our 43rd anniversary!  We only knew each other 6 weeks the day we got married so I guess it's a big deal.  LOL  Yesterday, Mark said he had to go into town for a while.  I knew he was up to something.  He was gone for quite a while.  It was almost dark when he came back.  He brought in a huge and I mean HUGE arrangement of red roses with pink baby's breath!  43 in all.  One for every year we have been married.  Who knew he was so sweet.  He gave them to me last evening so I could enjoy them all day today.  I don't know what is in store for today but I'm a happy camper.  All I could manage to get him was a card.  He seems happy anyway.
This morning, he came into the office and this is what I played for him:

I can't help it, it makes me laugh.
Hope you all have a good day and as always, Gentle Hugs!
Linda

We didn\'t go out for dinner last night like we planned. Mark walked down to the end of the block to take the trash down to the dumpster and get the mail and he was so cold when he got back. It was only in the 20\'s and he has a metal plate in his neck from his spinal cord injury. He is miserable when he gets cold and I didn\'t want him to have to go back out in the cold so I told him we could just stay in for the night and take a rain check for dinner. He wouldn\'t let me make him anything and just opened up a can of soup for himself. I just had some vegetables. I know it doesn\'t sound too romantic but at least we were alone together.

Tonight our grandsons are coming over to spend the night so we can get up EARLY and make the 2 hour drive to Bass Pro for their black Friday sale. I\'ve got to have my head examined!

Gentle hugs, Linda
