Happy Day

I bought my airline tickets to Kentucky.....It ended up costing 600.00 for two people round trip, so wasn't bad at all. We are flying aer lingus(a Irish airline) which will bring us into Chicago then have some friends to pick us up at the airport to drive us to Kentucky which will be a 6 hour drive. No too bad considering how much the airline is charging for tickets to Kentucky and the hours on the plane are too much. One airline is was going to take 18 hours there and 19 hours return. So I thought it would be better to drive it instead of flying so we can see the country side. I have allowed more days to stay because of the driving time. Also have arrainged a boarding kennel for my dog while I am gone....I know I am not leaving until September but so excited. My daughter called me and she is pregnant, and looking so forward to see my grandchildren that I do have. My son is still not talking to me but when I called him when his father died I told him I would be telling him the dates I would be visiting so will see when I email him whether he will want to see me while I am there. So going to have to email a lot of ppl and tell them the dates. It has been so long since I have had this feeling of excitment that I forgot how it feels....I still have days that I think of my daughter Khristy and get completley depressed because I do miss her so much. The  pink  roses I have planted on her grave here are really growing this year. Which does cheer me up I know she would like that. We have had friends from America come vist us this past month so been busy, and  Peter's daughter is suppose to come for a visit sometimes this month she lives in Canada and hasn't been back in three years. Have been working out in the garden, planting some flowers and Peter is planting a veggie garden this year and clearing land for a bigger one next year....So things have been busy and before you know it I will be on a plane to visit my famiy....Yey
