Handling
I think back to the first 3 weeks of all this , when my husband told me he wanted to divorce, I almost couldn't move for a week, I couldn't eat for a week , thought I was dying and I felt like I was. I am eating normally now, and I can function and I don't feel like I'm dying anymore. When I look back, I can see how far I have come, it is still very painful but back then I thought I would be like that the rest of my life but somehow I have made it 4 weeks. It somehow gives me hope that It will take time but I will survive this. My hands still shake in the morning and my emotions are still all over, but not as paralyzingl as before... I guess I'm handling things ok, at least better then before. Im still scared of the future but I am trying to live as normally as I can. One day at a time. Waiting for this divorce to move along.

You are doing the right things. For you, it\'s going to start improving a lot more once your divorce is final. Like you, I still don\'t know how I made it to this point. Those first few weeks are brutal. But we survived! We know it\'s not going to be easy, but now we know that we really are strong. Give yourself credit and applause for making it to this point. I know this has been extremely hard for you. You can make it. People are here to help you. I am impressed by the adversity you have faced and conquered. It will get better!
It is hard and you are very strong. It does get easier, and I keep telling myself there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I\'m very proud of you...(((Hugs)))
