Hallucinations getting better

Today the hallucinations weren't as bad. Instead of seeing black dots, I saw white poufs like dandelion heads floating around. I didn't even see that many of them and they weren't threatening. Yesterday I was scared of the clock and fan for some odd reason. The clock is on my side of the bed and the fan is on Geo's side. I don't know why, but I was so paranoid that those things were out to get me. I had Geo lie down with me and calmed me down a bit. After that, he got up and I took a nap. When I woke up, Geo came in and lay down with me and that's when we had our discussion. I'm feeling better and I don't feel as much of a need to go to the hospital. I'm going to try my best to fight this one out. I need to stop being so dependent on going to the hospital at the drop of a hat. I should only go when I can't fight any more.
Mood today was okay... I slept until 4pm off and on. I didn't go to sleep until after 1am this morning, so I needed some sleep. Plus I haven't been getting enough sleep lately, so it was time to catch up. I was low on my calories because of this. I even ate pizza and mozzarella sticks. I don't know what I'm going to do for dinner tomorrow.. Geo wants to try different things with the chicken. There's not much different I can do with what we have here. I would have to go to the store and get different food to serve. I need to learn things to do with chicken breasts. I'm sure there's a ton of things out there, I just have to find them. Oh well, things for another day.

I am glad you are feeling some better. Do you think the need to go to the hospital is because then you feel safe and cared for? Hopefully Geo can help you fight and get past this.
HUGS!
